"dfs ftw" item scammed

he offered ags for my 21m, said cheaper cuz it was a charity then he put up ags and i put up cash and he put up ags and accepted and then he took away ags and before i could hit cancel it accepted the trade and the next trade screen to confirm was accepted too and i lost my cash and he kept hit ags. can someone please ban him?
