that happen some times , dont be mad , when ryan get on he fixes your acc .

Sorry to hear about your two accounts but like he said Ryan will more likely fix both of them for you. I cannot fix accounts because I do not have the character files.

It happens sometimes just be patent for Ryan to fix it or just make a new account.
Use to happen to me all the time. But the funny thing was that each account was better than the last.
